The Arai RX-7V Evo represents 70 years of refinement in helmet manufacturing. Each unit is hand-assembled at the Arai factory in Omiya, Japan.

The R75 Shape

Arai patented the “R75” exterior shape because they believe a helmet should not just absorb impacts—it must deflect them:

• Minimum radius of 75mm at any point on the shell
• No sharp edges or flat surfaces
• The helmet “glances off” surfaces instead of catching
